To login to the provider portal page, go to www.expertmarketplace.org.  Click the Provider Login menu item at the top of the page. Each provider will be assigned an admin for portal access. They will be emailed their credentials.  Use your assigned email address and reset your password as required. If you have any difficulty logging in, please email info@mychorebuddy.com with a screenshot so we can troubleshoot.

Once you have successfully logged into the portal, you are taken to the Dashboard home page. From here, you can navigate to the orders, services, [coverage areas] or payments pages. To view your open and pending orders assigned to you, select Orders. To view services you can opt in or out of, select the Services menu option.

You can filter orders in the list by selecting the appropriate status type from corresponding choices at the top of the page. Default view is ‘All’. 

Order: The Expert Marketplace Order # (this is different than the Chore Buddy order ID). 

Purchased: The service(s) ordered (which will include a description the product(s) being supplied by the customer)

Payout Amount: The net $ amount to be paid by us to you.

Date: The date when the order reached the EXPERT MARKETPLACE. You have 2 business days from this date/time to disposition the order to ACCEPTED/REJECTED.
 

Actions: You can view details and mark the order complete from here.
