Our Expert Marketplace is like no other Home Services platform. It was designed from the beginning to make a provider’s job easier with no jobs to claim, no estimates to complete and no negotiations with the customer to be had.
Orders (not leads) are automatically routed to providers based on a meritocracy. They have everything they need at their fingertips to flawlessly and seamlessly get the job done to perfection!
Providers have the choice of using a webhook to receive their Expert Marketplace orders within their own field service platform. Alternatively, the marketplace is a full service platform capable of managing a large volume of service orders — from acceptance to completion and everything else in-between.
The robust workflow engine within the platform keeps orders moving along their way — with extensive customer communications capabilities built-in as well event-based exception handling to proactively notify providers that SLAs are not being met.
An optional mobile app is available if a provider wants their technicians to manage Expert Marketplace orders from within our platform. The app is extremely user friendly and give technicians the ability to see what orders have been assigned to them; allows them to mark an order as complete and upload proof of completion pics and more.
