a full suite of order lifecycle management capabilities. The Experts-as-a-Service platform was designed from the ground up to minimize customer/provider touchpoints and maximize automation.
Providers have the option of having either customer service reps manage orders or technicians can do the same via a Pro app.
Alternatively, the platform also supports webhooks that can be leveraged to enable providers to access order data via a system-to-system interface.
What makes our platform different is that ALL services offered to providers are pre-priced and pre-negotiated. No jobs to claim. No haggling with quotes and/or estimates. All a provider needs to do is define their coverage areas, opt-in/out of a service and set-up their technicians for access (optional). Orders are automatically assigned to providers based upon this set of criteria and their performance metrics.
Our event-driven rules engine ensures that orders move along their way without friction in a low-touch manner. Orders can be sent to a provider via a webhook where it can be actioned against in a provider’s own field service system or managed directly via our portal.
From the point an order is received, a customer is continuously notified of the status of their order. This prevents the need for them to call anyone asking what’s happening with their order. The marketplace will email and text a customer (opt-in required) when an order has been assigned and include provider contact info, when it has been scheduled with the appointment date and when it’s been marked as complete with what to expect next.
Since our platform is not claim based, we are able to award jobs to the best performing providers. In addition to collecting customer feedback via reviews and ratings, the system tracks providers ability to respond to order fulfillment needs in a timely manner. Those providers who provide the best customer experience are awarded more of the work.
